Heidi and Spencer Call It Quits!

Soooo heres something we didnt see coming:  MTV's reality nightmares Spencer and Heidi Pratt have split up!

Whew! It's about time!

This comes days after Heidi's mysterious "I Am Woman" tweet: "I am not Heidi Pratt, I am Heidi Montag."

And it all makes sense now!

Heidi's reps told TMZ on Friday,
"Heidi is looking to move out due to all the fake bad press that Spencer controls."

Wait-- Is this a recent thing?  Because I'm pretty sure White Beard has been throwing Heidi under the bus for years now!

But there's more good news for Heidi, who, thanks to her new grapefruit-sized bubbies, now looks like an Icelandic hooker!  Heidi's reps go on to say that she is now looking for a place of her own and "wants to focus on her acting career."

SCORE!  Now homegirl can put her REAL talents to use!  Maybe now she can play Jenna Jameson in a Lifetime Original Movie!
Imagine what kind of babies they would've spawned!

It's about time Heidi wisened up, but to tell you the truth, there are a few things I'm going to miss... hating about Speidi!

  • I'll miss hating their constant, PDA
Though something tells me that, like the warmth I feel in my heart after watching High School Musical, this feeling won't last for long..

Because just like the worst case of jock itch, Spencer and Heidi have a way of coming back when you least expect it!

Hollywood Switch-up

W
hile you were busy getting engaged
, Kevin Jonas, other actors were making plans to join the casts of some other awesome shows:

Wentworth Miller joins Law & Order- Ace Showbiz
Hillary Duff joins the cast of Gossip girl- Just Jared

Personally, I think its about time Hillary Duff did something! Lindsay Lohan was starting to make her look lazy. And its a pretty sad thing when Lindsay Lohan is making you look bad.

Its On With Alexa Chung

Y
esterday (AKA my BIRTHDAY)
I went to NYC to be part of the audience of MTV's "Its On With Alexa Chung". If you havent heard of it, it's basically a more intimate version of TRL, hosted by a black nail polish-wearing, wise cracking, british babe. This episode featured "Secret Life Of An American Teenager" star, Shailene Woodley taking part in the "Preggo Olympics", and rapper, Asher Roth reading feet before giving a live perfomance. The show was entertaining, sarcastically funny, and reminiscent of old MTV-- which is a good thing!

Here's a clip from Asher Roth's performance

And you can catch "Its On" every weekday at noon on MTV!

T-Swift & T-Pain

Last week, hell froze over
,
pigs sprouted wings, and i watched the CMT country music awards. Even more surprising than that, there were a few points in time where I was actually entertained.

One of those twinkling moments happened when country/pop sensation, Taylor Swift (AKA the obsession of men everywhere) took the stage with, no, not Billy Ray Cyrus, but T-Pain! The result was an ironic, catchy, thugged-out duet that's likely to be as popular as T-Pain's other chart topping single, "I'm on a Boat"!
Take a Look!

ZACK MORRIS ON JIMMY FALLON!

Prooobably the best thing I've seen in a while; When Mark Paul Gosselaar showed up for his interview on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon, he came not looking like himself, but as his 90's high school counter part, Zack Morris, the character he played on Saved By The Bell.

Everyone was shocked when, Gosselaar came on with a blonde wig and white high tops, in true Zack Morris fashion and then proceeded to complete the entire interview as the popular teen icon. It was pretty great; he even froze time to speak directly to the audience, (breaking the fourth wall) something our buddy, Zack would typically do! Before the interview was over, "Morris" and Elizabeth Berklee (AKA Jessie) agreed to be part of a Saved By The Bell reunion to be held on Late Night (an ongoing fantasy of fallon's).

It was a crazy treat! Take a look!

SKINS PROMO

Does anybody watch the TV show "Skins"?!

There are so many reasons to love Skins: from the addicting underground music to the hip, trendy fashion; the erratic, destructive and positively charismatic characters to the raging, irrational story lines that always throw you for a loop!   Well, this past January, when season 3 was about to begin, Skins came out with an extended trailer for the show that they set to the awesome tunes of (who else) TV On The Radio which shows the kids from the show getting into all kinds of debaucherous trouble at a local pub.  Its basically a look at what the entire season will be without giving anything away!

Check it out!  It's great!

ps: The song in the tralier is "Halfway Home" by TV on the Radio"

AWESOME TV

Tonight was an awesome night for TV on NBC! There was a funny(ish) premiere episode of Parks & Recreation sandwiched between two episodes of The Office, which was followed by 30 Rock and the premiere episode of Southland! Parks & Recreation was pretty funny.. like.. not the funniest, but i'll give it another chance! (Actually I didnt see the entire episode because my mom didnt DVR all of it.. DARN!) It was basically the office, but Amy Poehler pretending to be Steve Carell.

The real office and 30 Rock awesome as usual, but what I thought was the best was the premiere epi of Southland, starring Benjamin McKenzie (AKA Ryan from the OC).

It was kind of like a mixture of Cops and.. I guess the OC?? It wasnt like any other cop show! It was dramatic and shot beautifully, and put together really interestingly.
